Hi, I’m Daovone Garbart—wife, mama, and founder of Moon & Stars Children’s Boutique. I was born and raised in Minneapolis, where I now live with my amazing husband Mike, our son Preston, and our two sweet pups, Annie and Henry.

When Preston arrived in 2020, our hearts changed forever. Watching him grow sparked something new in us—a deeper passion to raise him not only with love, but in the truth and grace of God’s love. As parents, we believe in guiding him to grow from a child of God into a man of God (1 John 4:10, Colossians 2:6-7). That journey of faith and family inspired a new vision—one we lovingly named Moon & Stars.

Moon & Stars Children’s Boutique is more than a store—it’s a reflection of our heart. A space to create, connect, and share joy through thoughtfully chosen pieces for little ones. From faith-inspired apparel to sweet, timeless gifts, everything we offer is made or selected with love.
